1. Service Provision Policy

2. Scope of Services

Ariana is a cultural and artistic platform designed for Afghan citizens residing in Iran, offering exclusive content and works tailored to this community. All content is provided in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and consumer protection standards.

Ariana is a registered trademark (“ARIANA”) and all rights to the content provided on this platform are reserved.

3. Content Ownership and Usage

Using Ariana content, including exclusive films and works, does not give users any rights to ownership, distribution, copying, or resale of this content.
Sharing or republishing Ariana’s content with other individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be dealt with according to the law.

4. Technical Responsibility

All platform content is provided with attention to technical standards, but Ariana accepts no liability for possible damage to users’ devices or software caused by site use.
In the event of temporary disruption or service outage due to reasons beyond Ariana’s control (such as infrastructure issues or force majeure events), services will resume after the issue is resolved.

To register with Ariana, users must provide accurate information including full name, email address, and phone number. Once registered, a user account will be created and your activities will be recorded in your profile.
Please keep your account details strictly confidential. Each user is permitted only one account, and sharing account information with others is not allowed.

Ariana is fully committed to keeping users’ personal information private and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or upon official request from the relevant authorities.
Protecting users’ information is a priority, but Ariana is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties during data transmission that is beyond the platform’s control.

8. Fees and Economic Terms

All service fees are clearly presented to users before registration.
Data traffic charges are applied in accordance with the regulations of mobile operators and related laws.
Should there be significant changes to services or fees, users will be notified in advance and will have the right to withdraw and receive any remaining subscription fees.

9. Limitations & User Responsibilities

Each user may only have one account.
In cases of unauthorized activity or account sharing, Ariana may suspend or terminate that account.
In emergencies or unforeseen circumstances resulting in service interruption, service provision will be suspended until issues are resolved.
